  1. Eat a balanced breakfast within your first hour of arising. A burner fruit, protein, and a carbohydrate is a perfect mix.
  2. Variety is important. Having a balance of nutrition will equal weight loss and inch loss.
  3. Limit high fat meats to one or two a week, including only one ethnic. (Chinese is only good for you without the MSG.) The best time for them is breakfast or lunch.
  4. Avoid eating the following after 4:00pm: bread, desserts, carbonated drink, and high fat dairy products.
  5. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Variety is important. Lunch is your second most important meal of the day, and variety is important for this meal, too. Dinner should be light, and small portions for optimum weight loss.
  6. Avoid eating between meals unless your snack is an approved healthy snack such as crudit?s or yogurt.
  7. Honesty with you and with your nutrition consultant will bring quicker, firmer results.
